Blueberry Bake With Coconut Clean Snax® Crumble
This blueberry crumble by Chef Tom Fraker has so many layers of deliciousness with plump and juicy blueberries covered with a crumbly topping of our favorite Melissa's Clean Snax®.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Combine the sugar and cornstarch in a bowl. Gently mix in the berries and the juice from the lemon. Pour an even layer into a lightly buttered casserole dish.
  3. Crush the Clean Snax® and sprinkle all over the top of the berry mixture.
  4. Place in the oven and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly and serve.
