How to Make Fresh Noodles with Bok Choy

Fresh Noodles and Bok Choy

A family favorite dish that's better than take out! Made in just a few minutes, you can't go wrong with this Fresh Noodle and Bok Choy dinner recipe

  • 1 ea package Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger Root minced
  • 2 ea heads Bok Choy (use Baby Bok Choy cut lengthwise into 8 segments)
  • 2 ea Organic Green Onions cut into 2 inch long strips
  1. Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to the package directions.
  2. Prepare the seasonings; stir the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame seed oil together in a small bowl.
  3. Add the bok choy, and ginger stir-fry until tender, about 2 minutes. Add the noodles, green onions, and seasonings and toss gently until heated through.
