This Pinkglow™ Pineapple and Mango Ceviche at its core is meant to bring freshness and adventure to your palate.

Also included in this recipe are ripe and juicy Sapruana Mangoes (click here to order yours!), spicy Serrano chiles and Melissa’s Agave to add a touch of sweetness. You may want to double the batch of this ceviche because it’s so refreshing!

Pinkglow™ Pineapple and Mango Ceviche
Ingredients
- 1 1 Sapurana Mango small dice
- 1 Pinkglow Pineapple large dice
- 1 Serrano Chile thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Pink Peppercorn
- ½ cup Lime Juice
- ½ cup Melissa’s Agave
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat lime juice and agave syrup until simple syrup is homogenous.
- Toss all ingredients with lime simple syrup
- Plate and enjoy!
