How to Make Fresh Noodles with Bok Choy

Fresh Noodles and Bok Choy
Ingredients
- 1 ea package Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Ginger Root minced
- 2 ea heads Bok Choy use Baby Bok Choy cut lengthwise into 8 segments
- 2 ea Organic Green Onions cut into 2 inch long strips
Instructions
- Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to the package directions.
- Prepare the seasonings; stir the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame seed oil together in a small bowl.
- Add the bok choy, and ginger stir-fry until tender, about 2 minutes. Add the noodles, green onions, and seasonings and toss gently until heated through.
